BOB FINDLAY "online music traps" the book review

Having recently purchased BOB FINDLAY'S book "ONLINE MUSIC TRAPS" and just finished reading it I feel a bit of promo coming on!!!

Born in Kilmarnock, Scotland.

Bob Findlay emigrated to Tasmania, Australia and has been heavily involved in the music industry for many years.

I first got to know Bob and experienced his excellent music through the music site reverbnation ( a site Bob gives some big thumbs up in his book), now that was about 2 years ago! and I remain in awe of such a great musician, not only because he,  like me is Scots!!!! his music speaks for itself, his following is true and loyal, and his songs hit you with some amazing  stories.

Using his experience and research into many online music services Bob shares with us the sites that work for him. The pluses and the downfalls.  And one of the best parts, how not to throw away money when you can do it yourself with a bit of patience, dedication and time.

A must for all independent artists who use the online music industry as a way of gaining recognition as a musician, it includes how best to promote and sell your music and merchandise.

Having read many books on the music industry and music technology this is not full of technical jargon that you will not understand!!

Easy to read, but more importantly, it's easy to understand for the novice musician who is starting out using the online music industry to the established independent musician.

This little book of wonderment is packed full of information and includes recognition of various sites that work for him, along with chapters on songwriting, storing your music,  editing and converting files.

The online music industry is readily available, it's out there and so are potential new fans of YOUR music!!

I would highly recommend "online music traps" by Bob Findlay.

I may just call it Bob's little music bible!!
